Molds are small organisms found almost everywhere both inside and outside but when excess mold growth occurs it can be detrimental to the human health, such that human exposure to such can be harmful enough to cause symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, itching, coughing, wheezing, difficulty breathing, headache, skin irritation, and fatigue amongst other things. Considering the threat excess mold may pose to residential or commercial buildings and their occupants.

MOLD INVESTIGATION & TESTING
In carrying out our mold inspection, our inspection team deploy skills, experience, understanding of buildings and resources to discover where molds may be hiding, including those out of plain sight. Once you sign up for this we consult you for prior information that may be useful to our course, then we proceed to conducting a thorough inspection of the building using a moisture meter to determine where leaks are occurring as moisture aids mold growth. Once molds are discovered we proceed to testing the molds to know which kind they are, and their potential risks are outlined in the report in order to know the severity of the situation.
MOLD REMOVAL
Mold removal is usually more than what meets the eye, apart from the health risks involved you may scrub mold growth off a surface and yet be unaware of its growing spread within.
